@@TheArtmann a notification poped up telling me to check my external drive for errors and when I did that it made my data inaccessible unless I format the drive but the files were still there just not able to access them I tried DMDE and the problem was solved and the files worked thanks for the assist ♥

You have a low voltage cpu. The letter "u" at the end of it's name stands for "low voltage cpu" and on the majority of them you can't install chrome os.. especially dual boot. What can you do, is use Chrome OS from USB as a live CD
